We concentrate on the mid-market segment. These companies typically generate annual sales of 50 million to 500 million euros. Depending on the industrial sector and the size and earnings of the target company, the debt-free purchase price of investments generally ranges from 50 million to 250 million euros. We shoulder larger investments with other financial investors pursuing  a similar investment strategy.

Targeted businesses must have:

• a positive earnings position 
• potential to build additional value
